This workshop is devoted to mathematicians, computer scientists and biologists interested in systems biology, and in particular in the inference of biological networks from different sources of omics-data coming from a single organism or a metagenomics sample and its applications.

Considering both methodological and applied aspects of this theory, this workshop brings together multidisciplinary experts from several prestigious Universities and Research Centers from Chile and France, in order to share experiences and knowledge in Systems Biology and Mathematical Sciences.
