Mr. Everetts holds a bachelor\u2019s in aerospace engineering from Pennsylvania State University.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">He began his career in aerospace, working on satellite integration, testing, and launching. In 1996, he joined Motorola\u2019s satellite communications division, managing the Iridium satellite constellation\u2019s delivery and deployment. Afterward, he took on program management roles across 40 countries in various telecommunications projects. Additionally, he is a professional member of IEEE in the Aerospace and Electronics Systems Society.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Jim\u00e9nez leads the creation of the Colombian Aerospace Consortium, aiming to establish the first Colombian Space Agency in collaboration with the Colombian Air Force, various universities, and the government.
