Registration Fees
The registration fees include the conference material and coffee breaks. Moreover, we are committed to supporting student accommodation with the collected funds.
Registration fees are as follows:
Regular: 150,000 Chilean pesos / 150 USD /150 € (includes social events)
Student: 50,000 Chilean pesos / 50 USD / 50 € (does not include social events)

Important dates
- Registration deadline: November 15th.
- Abstract submission deadline: November 15th.
- Notification of acceptance: December 1st.
- Payment deadline: December 15th.

Grants
The organization will offer a limited number of grants to students and early career researchers (graduates from 2023 onwards) from Latin America. The grants will cover one of the following expenses:
a) Travel expenses
b) Registration costs
c) Accommodation during the workshop
Applicants must specify which option (a, b, or c) they are applying for.
To apply for these grants:
- Students must submit an updated CV, grades, and a recommendation letter to lopezcerda2025(at)cmm(dot)uchile(dot)cl
- Early career researchers must submit an updated CV and a motivation letter to lopezcerda2025(at)cmm(dot)uchile(dot)cl
The application deadline is November 1, 2024.
