You&#8217;ll have a bus each 10 min from 6:00 to 23:30 every day and the company is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.centropuerto.cl\/\">Centropuerto<\/a>. Price 2.200 CLP.<\/p>\n<p>From Pajaritos station, you can connect with buses to Valpara\u00edso or Vi\u00f1a Del Mar (travel time approx. 1 hour 40 min). The main bus companies are <a href=\"https:\/\/new.turbus.cl\/\">Turbus<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pullmanbus.cl\/\">Pullman bus<\/a>. Price 6.500-7.000 CLP. You can finally use Uber, Didi or subway to reach the University or the hotel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>By taxi or transfer:<\/strong> There are direct transfers from the airport to Valpara\u00edso or Vi\u00f1a Del Mar (see, e.g., <a href=\"https:\/\/www.transvip.cl\/\">Transvip<\/a>). The price is around 100.000 CLP and the travel time is 1 hour 30 min approx. We can also reserve a taxi if you need one. Please <a href=\"https:\/\/eventos.cmm.uchile.cl\/num2otmfg\/contact\/\">contact us<\/a> in this case.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Touristic information<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Valpara\u00edso is the third largest metropolitan area in Chile and Chile&#8217;s second most populated administrative region. The agglomeration is composed of several communes (Valpara\u00edso, Vi\u00f1a del Mar, Conc\u00f3n, Quintero, Quilpu\u00e9 and Villa Alemana), and each is governed by its respective municipality.<br \/>\nValpara\u00edso and Vi\u00f1a del Mar are located about 120 kilometres (75 miles) northwest of Santiago by road, and have a warm-summer Mediterranean climate influenced on the coast by the Humboldt Current.<\/p>\n<h4>Valpara\u00edso<\/h4>\n<p>Valpara\u00edso is one of the South Pacific&#8217;s most important seaports. The Historic Quarter of the Seaport City of Valpara\u00edso is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its cultural significance. Often referred to as La Ciudad Jard\u00edn (&#8220;The Garden City&#8221;).
